DPS Program Details

• dps_index: auto-indexing of a selected image or images to determine the crystal orientation
• dps_refine: pre-refinement of crystal orientation, detector parameters, cell dimensions, etc.
• dps_profit: reflection intensity integration (still under development -> use MOSFLM)
• dps_scale: scaling and averaging of the data

All of these programs are coordinated, choreographed and otherwise made user-friendly through a graphical user interface cleverly named processing_gui. A tutorial is available.

As you might guess, development of this software is ongoing (at a furious pace). As implied above, the current release of DPS uses some programs of the CCP4 and MOSFLM packages together with DPS_index, DPS_scale and the processing_gui.
